This 2/3 bedroomed new build project used the full range of our products, from Dressed Walling to Tumbled Setts and everything in between. Built locally in West Yorkshire, it's great to see our stone being showcased so beautifully!

The light coloured sandstone from our quarry stands out against the anthracite grey windows and doors, giving the traditionally styled property a more contemporary look. Whilst the traditional features such as roof tabling, kneelers and corbels help to retain the character and timelessness of a stone built home.
One of the highlights of this build has to be the sweeping driveway laid with our natural stone Tumbled Setts. These create a wow factor entrance and have also been used as a border on the sawn paving patio areas. Tumbled setts are a highly versatile product, also being used here to create a seamless slope which would be difficult to achieve with larger paving slabs. The Setts are sawn and then tumbled to round off the edges. Unlike traditional reclaimed cobbles, our setts have flat tops and bottoms, making them easy to lay.
The property also has extensive patio areas, paved with our premium sawn paving cut to 600mm x 600mm. Bespoke sizes such as those used here are available on request. Our most popular paving is sized 600mm x random lengths, but can also be 450mm or 300mm wide x random lengths.

All of our stone is quarried on site and is cut to order, meaning we're able to tailor orders to your exact requirements. However this means lead times can vary, especially during busy periods. Please also note that we only take on a limited number of new build projects per year, in order to maintain a high level of service to our regular customers.
