Ashlar Stone Products supply a wide range of natural Yorkstone products from our own quarry based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Our reputation has been built on high quality stone and excellent customer service.
Our products are manufactured directly on site from the stone that is extracted in the quarry. We specialise in producing sawn and riven paving, heads and cills, masonry and monumental that can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.
History
Ashlar Stone Products is a family business founded in 1983 by the late David Emmott. The business originally started by producing hand riven paving. Over the next 30 years David expanded the business and installed a variety of stone cutting machinery at Manywells Industrial Estate, Cullingworth with a workforce ranging between 10-15 people.
In 2014 the business moved and re-started operation at Branshaw Quarry, Keighley and now son George has taken the lead role in running the business along with a range of specialised workmen. Some of the machinery from Cullingworth was reinstalled at Branshaw Quarry, the latest additions to the stone cutting operation is a GMM block cutter specifically installed to produce sawn paving and two wire saws to increase primary production.
